Welcome to our brand new lower unit apartment! This home boasts two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed - and a modular couch that can be set up as a full size bed - along with a modern bathroom with 2 massage showerheads. Enjoy modern organic decor, along with 3 smart TVs and high-speed WIFI and a dedicated workspace. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee machine and complimentary k-cups (in lower cabinet). Alternatively, whip up a meal in our newly renovated kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances and a comprehensive range of cookware for your convenience.

Complimentary Street Parking: Guests can enjoy complimentary street parking during specific hours in front of our home and on neighboring streets. Street Parking Hours: Mondays - Thursdays: Parking is permitted from 6:30 PM until 9 AM the following morning. Fridays: Parking is permitted from 6:30 PM until 9 AM on Monday morning. However, on weekdays between 7 AM and 8:30 PM, there is a two-hour time limit. If you need parking during these hours, please message us to arrange a complimentary visitor's parking pass.
